I only realized this recently,but the wells pumping more water generally use a tank or two to store that.
My hunch is that a 3 tank well is about a 200 bopd producer but that is just a guess. Wells in the Parshall field generally have 7-9 tanks, with, oddly enough, some of the 7-tank wells being the strongest producers,and some of the 9- tank wells weaker. If you see 12 tanks you are probably counting some tanks used in the fracing that will be moved, eventually.
