Right now this well is "confidential", so I'm assuming that it's still early to be receiving royalties. But I have family in that area who has visited the site and they say that it's definitely pumping oil and flaring gas. Right now these sections are not in a "pool", and I don't know how to tell if they are in a spacing unit. Part of the name of the well includes the letters ....1423H-1 - does that mean that these sections are in a spacing unit? Do the oil companies request a spacing unit before or after they drill?
