I think I know. Major 43 just moved on to the parshall 11-27H site to do the pre-drilling. My bet is that good old Pioneer 57 will follow in about 10 days. Pioneer 57 has drilled a lot of the wells in the immediate area,including sections 20, 21, 22 and 28 just before they went over to Van Hook twp so adding 27 to the list wont be a surprise. All these wells are right on (to left and right) of the road the 5 mile stretch of old gravel 23 west of the Parshall HS that is now known as 78th. This is kinda home turf for me and a not to be missed trip if anyone is driving around the Parshall area and wanting a good view of recent wells in all stages. Drive carefully and watch out as this road has heavy truck traffic. The only comparable trip for scenic oil wells is the road that runs between N Wayzetta and S Austin TWP. I'mnot certain of the number on that one.
