Ada pernyataan yg aneh dr sekda pemkot balikpapan ttg hotspot di aula pemkot. Pernyataan yg saya tangkap, hotspot di aula pemkot ada gara2 lulusan jerman yg di tempatkan di pemkot balikpapan. Saya mencoba meluruskan, selama saya ngerjain proyek di pemkot, teman2 di pemkot udh prepare area hotspot tsb, bahkan instalasi mrk yg lakukan bukan lulusan jerman tsb (knapa slalu bangga dgn lulusan luar). Dan bagi2 tmn2 yg sering ke pemkot (daerah IT nya) mkgn bs ambil kesimpulan, bgmn lulusan jerman tsb. So' tdk usah minder dgn mrk (lulusan luar) mrk sama aja dgn lulusan disini. mrk develop aplikasi pake joomla juga.. utk networknya hehe...malah tmn2 pemkot yg ngerjain. -budi- Pamer gaya dengan skin baru yang keren.
