Hehe, bingung neh, sama donk, org telkom kok gak ada yg nongol yah klo problem spt ini..
pic pertama -> saya cek traceroute dgn melalui network (via switch hub dan router wrt). pic kedua -> saya cek traceroute lsg via modem speedy (dlink) makanya kebaca mygateway1.ar7 (host namenya modem). paket yg di ambil office, ambil lewat pak agus di telkom A.Yani.. Klo pake traceroute nya windows, gak keliatan di mana loss-nya, yg ada hanya RTO.. Disini saya gak punya bukti paket saya loss dimana. Tapi klo pake mtr, saya punya bukti loss dimana, dan itu punya siapa.. coba donlot mtr buat windows -> http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/ IP WAN klo di pic saya yg ada tulisan 125.160.44 IP LAN 192.168.1.x Thanks atas perhatiannya..
