overload bukan di bandwidth internet-nya, tapi di jatah channel / di frequensi GSM yg ke arah user (modem/hp GSM), operator seluler mo minta jatah lagi tapi pemerintah jualan izin nya mahal, info terakhir telkomsel beli jatah penambahan lisensi frekuensi GSM harus merogoh Rp.160M padahal Menteri Kominfo menginstruksikan untuk menurunkan harga "jualan internet"
