Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi mengapa tidak dapat melakukan koneksi dengan Access Point yang ada _walaupun_ sinyal yg didapat penuh. Salah satunya adalah pemberian ip address oleh server (baca: DHCP Server). Dari kasus yang dialami, bisa jadi Si Laptop HP tidak mendapatkan ip address dari DHCP Server yang ada di jaringan tersebut sehingga muncul pesan dari Windows.
