Torrent di tutup bisa saja strategi dari provider untuk menghemat bandwitdh atau karena share agar yang ikut dalam satu pipa kebagian bandwitdh
Biaya lokal loop dari balikpapan/kalimantan timur khususnya ke jawa/cyber jakarta masih mahal, jadi sebisa mungkin provider menghemat bandwitdh. Provider pasti memikirkan/memprioritaskan customer gold atau premium mereka yang agar tetap bisa mendeliver bandwitdh ke mereka tanpa terganggu dengan yang share/home yg banyak menyedot bandwitdh kalau pakai torrent dkk. Kalau biaya lokal loop bpp/kaltim-jkt murah tentu internet bisa lebih murah.
