klo di tempat saya mbak ..
1,5 bulan cuti hamil .. 1,5 bulan cuti melahirkan .. dg catatan hitungan 45
hari-an jadi total 90 hari ... hari minggu & hari libur ttp dihitung ...
klo kita lahiran sebelum tgl perkiraan ya kita rugi tp klo melebihi tgl
perkiraan (dg tenggang wkt 1 mmg telatnya) berarti yg 45 hari cuti
melahirkan itu di potong kelebihannya ... jadinya ga sampe 45 hari ...
kayak saya dulu sdh cuti tp masih disuruh masuk sekitar 2 mgg-an (berarti
cuti hamilnya tinggal 30 hari) trus lahirannya maju 5 hari ... jd ya yg
cuti hamilnya cuman 25 hari .. trus ditambah cuti melahirkannya 45 hari ..

kalo cuti hamil, berarti 3 bulan atau 90 hari?
contoh:
saya mulai cuti hamil 10 agustus - 10 november... benarkah ini?
karena tgl
- 17 aug libur
- 18 aug cuti bersama
- 21 aug libur
- 23,26,dan 27 oct cuti bersama
- 24 - 25 lebaran
jadi, apa benar saya harus masuk tgl 10 november (jika mulai cuti 10 aug)?
