Betul mbak irma,
pengalaman saya sesar dulu juga gitu,
setelah operasi, saya di ruang pemulihan selama 6 jam
setelah dipindahkan ke ruang rawat pun, asi belum keluar
padahal payudara sudah 'bengkak' dan nyeri
jadi selama itu baby terpaksa diberi susu formula
keesokan paginya baru deh asi keluar dengan deras
jadi sebelum bayi lahir/operasi, asi tidak bisa keluar
jadi nggak bisa diperas sebelum opersai

pengalaman istri saya melahirkan ceasr pd saat bayinya pengen susu ibunya
masih ga sadar jadi ga bisa minumin susu, jadinya susu pertama yang masuk
ke bayi adalah susu sapi bukan susu ibu :-D kalo sebelum bayi lahir
mungkin udah didesain oleh Tuhan air susu ga bisa keluar.
