sebenernya siy lebih enak pakai susu kental manis coklat .. klo dark
cooking kan rasanya lebih pait,
tp klo stock dark cooking nya banyak bisa dipakai juga .. sebagai pengganti
susu kental manis
dark cooking dicairkan dg cara ditim ... biarkan agak dingin spy lebih
kental2 gitu (kental hampir kayak susu kental manis) .. trus masukkan ke
dlm biskuit mari yg sudah dihancurkan .. trus selanjutnya sesuaikan dg

Ya betul...bola2 dari biskuit marie Kang...
kalo pake coklat blok atau dark cooking chocolate bisa gak ya ?...gimana
caranya ya ?...
soalnya stock coklat kayak gini lagi banyak di rumah

btw....susunya susu kental kan....bukan susu cair kayak susu UHT gitu ?...

ini bola-bola yg mana yah? maksudnya yang dari biskuit marie regal?

Bahan:
2 bungkus biskuit Marie, dihaluskan
25 gr coklat bubuk
1 kaleng susu cair
1 sdm rhum
200 gr kismis
250 gr meises

Cara membuat :
Campur biskuit halus dengan coklat bubuk dan susu cair, aduk rata
Rendam kismis dalam rhum dan diamkan ± 2 jam.
Campur adonan biskuit dengan rendaman kismis, setelah tercampur rata, buat
adonan jadi bulatan bola-bola kecil lalu gulingkan dalam meises hingga
semua bagian tertutupi.
Bola-bola coklat bisa langsung disantap atau disimpan dulu dalam lemari
pendingin.
