Contoh Management Artist is a company engaged in sector of Artists
Management, Talent Scout, Promotor (one who champions something) and capital
Distribution of professional Artists for Sinetron (Electronic cinema), Film,
commercial presenter, and others artistic activities. As Artist Management,
the company will undertake its duty to find jobs for its artists, make
honorium negotiation with Production Houses, give assistance and
consultative counseling concerning mode trend being in fashion and
alternative appearance for a product either for sinetron, commercial
(adversitement) or presenter.
Contoh Management Artist was established in 1987 by Benny Simanjuntak, S.H.,
in those days the company was still in the form of invidual's company
(Talent Scout) which was operated from his talent and love in entertainment
area. As of its incorporation until now, the touch of Benny Simanjuntak who
is tolerant and patient, through this Contoh Management Artist, has
substantially generated a chain of famous artists who are now occupying the
position as the "top ranking artists".
In the beginning this company made some recorded cassette albums, among
others:
Laura Antoneita, Linda Rachman, Indra Bruggman, Sarah Judith
Later parallel with development of entertainment industry which was followed
by the Government policy by granting permits to the establishment of
Television (TV) stations, there has also developed a new industry on
Indonesian televisions in the form of entertainment of the type Sinetron
(Electronic Cinemas). Getting the better of something from development of
Sinetron industry in the motherland stirs up business intuition of Benny
Simanjuntak by generating new sinetron stars. Through his talented
personality, the Director of this Contoh Management Artist, has succeeded in
generating well known artists. By the increased requirement for artists from
Production Houses (PH) that produce Sinetrons, then in 1999, to be exact on
27 December, the Contoh Management Artist has been officially set up. Which
until present time has approximately 50 artists who have played the role as
the main characters and main supplementary characters in Sinetrons.
The Contoh Management Artist and Herpa Communications are supported by
employees and staff who are experienced in their respective field. They are:
