Imunisasi simultan memang jauh lebih menguntungkan ketimbang imunisasi non simultan yang pasti mengurangi frekuensi anak ke rumah sakit, memberikan perlindungan lebih cepat di usia dini (usia dimana bayi justru sangat rentan terkena berbagai penyakit infeksi) dan tentunya mengurangi pengeluaran (penghematan waktu, tenaga dan biaya). menurut saya tidak ada beda dari sisi fungsi. saat ini Vaksin kombinasi yang ada adalah antara difteri, pertusis, tetanus, dan hepatitis B (DPT-HB) karena kalo dipisah masing0masing butuh ulangan yang rutin.
