Minum pilnya selama 21hr,mbak, ntar kalo dah habis ya gak usah minum pil lagi, tunggu haid dateng (biasanya hari ke3 or hr ke4 haid baru minum lagi, ini kata dsog ku lho) Biasanya malah kalo minum hr ke3 haid, berhenti minum pilnya ya cuman 3hr aja, langsung nyambung baru lagi gitu. Initinya jangan sampe kelupaan deh.
