kalo gua mah biasanya bukan bikin kroket kentang...tapi bikin bitterbalen
ala gue...
sama2 pake kentang..direbus, dilumatkan.
trus tinggal dikasih kornet, keju. diaduk semuanya...
bumbunya cuma merica, kecap inggris dikit, garam dikit.
dibentuk deh bulet2.
trus..setelah bulet2...dicelup ke putih telur dan panir..
jadi deh..
jaminan enak deh..
salah satu camilan andalan kalo pas arisan di tempatku..
