dulu say apernah baca ketarangan dari CC BNI, bahwa kerusakan barang bukan tenggung jawab dari bank penerbit KK, tapi tanggung jawabnya produsen HP.....

Bank hanya memfasilitasi konsumennya untuk memiliki barang yg diidam2kan... giut lho mbak...

Credit Card, trus belum 45 hari barangnya rusak.

Apakah bisa diklaim ke CC penerbit (mengingat belinya blum 45 hari) atau
langsung ke service guarantee-nya aja ya?
