pantesan ni ada consultant disebelah dr kmrn ribut ngomongin jamsostek
= sapa ya yg consultan sebelah itu he he he?
pak sharing aja di company saya,
1. dipotong tiap bulan, dibayarnya juga tiap bulan. Dilaporan yg kami
terima
disitu lengkap tertulis iuran dan pengembangannya per bulan.
= di slip gaji saya iuran ada, tapi pengembangan tidak ada
2. iurannya dibebankan sekian persen ke karyawan (potong gaji) dan dari
company contribution.
Di laporannya, iuran yg dibebankan ke karyawan sama nilainya dgn slip
gaji,
tp yg company contribution tertulis lbh kecil nilanya. Gak tau knp, tp krn
itu tdk dipotong gaji ya gak ambil pusing hehe...
= yg ini juga sama.... di lap yg company contribution lebih kecil dibanding
slip gaji..
