hmm aneh juga...
kalau menurut saya pribadi, posisi kerja berdiri itu ngga efesien... dan
sangat tidak ergonomis...( " secara ilmu ergonomi tehnik industri...
sebenarnya jika tujuannya adalah meningkatkan produktifitas, bisa dicapai
dengan cara lain yang lebih baik, tidak harus seperti itu...
apalagi untuk karywan yg usianya diatas 40an.. pasti berat, karena selama
jam kerja, kaki mereka harus menahan bobot tubuh...
dan ujung-ujungnya pasti akan berpengaruh pada kesehatan, absensi dan
klaim
medical yang membengkak... disana ada divisi ESR ngga Mba ? seharusnya
hal
ergonomic seperti ini menjadi salah satu hal yg mempengaruhi
safetyness...
secara kita yang duduk dikursi, klo ngga bener posisinya pasti
pegel-pegel..
