Emang menurut peraturan Disnaker emang gitu,sebelum dan sesudah.Karyawan ditempat aku ngikutin peraturan Disnaker tetapi untuk staffnya bisa nego.Aku dulu karena caesar...hari ini aku cuti besuk melahirkan.Waktu Hamil muda.....kalo ndak kuat ditempat aku juga ada cuti hamil muda untuk karyawan dan staff.
