pembeli punya 120 jt
dia mau kredit ke bank : 400 jt
pembeli bayar : ke ibu.100 jt ( 1 kali )
sisa 20 jt buat bayar notaris dlll
bank bayar : ke ibu 400 jt ( 1 kali )
nah nantinya si pembeli nyicil 400 jt ini ke bank tiap bulannya.
