dari beberapa PT yang sudah saya masuki kira-kira begini deh Transport = tunjangan dihitung sesuai dengan hari kerja dimana karyawan masuk (masuk kerja pada hari lembur misalnya hari minggu transportnya tidak dibayar, demikian pula kalau cuti)
Tunjangan transport = Tunjangan yang dihitung diawal dan jumlahnya fix artinya jika kita tidak kerja pun tunjangan ini akan dibayarkan.
