KB dari anak 1 spiral..abis itu lepas trus pasang lagi pas kelar lahir anak ke-2... Selama hamil dulu perasaan cuma dikasih sangobion (krn hb'ku rendah...), dumocalcin..susu hamil juga ndak...cuma smua makanan ndak ada yang pantang...aku bablasin smua (secara aku doyan makan)...alhamdulillah aku dan anak2ku skg (4th9bl & 2thn7bln) sehat dan ndak ada alergi terhadap makanan apapun... Fyi..sampe2 anak2ku doyan tumis pare ama tumis daun pepaya...hihiiihiii... Tips : 1. Banyak belajar & browsing ttg persipan lahiran & pasca persalinan.alhamdulillah anak-1 dapet rooming in dan anak ke-2 malah bed in...IMD lancarr... 2. Banyak makan sayur dan buah... 3. PERCAYA DIRI..pasti bisa....pernah dulu pas lagi meres gumam sendiri "kok asinya dikit siiyy", langsung mampet ndak ngucur lagi....duuhh akhirnya semangat lagi meres...di toilet klo lagi aku meres pasti temen2 udah pada bisa nebak didalem itu aku...secara toilet kering jadi privat buat meres.. Ahahhahhaaa...
