Dear All

Mau tanya, adakah diantara yang ibu2 disini yang pernah diet saat hamil.

Saat ini saya sedang hamil 23 minggu, kenaikan berat badan dr sebelum hamil 
sekitar 3 kg. 
pola makan gak berubah jauh dari sebelum hamil (makan berat 2 kali, pagi dan 
siang), diselingi sedikit cemilan, dan malam hanya makan buah.
Masalahnya setiap habis makan saya selalu merasa begah (sesak), padahal porsi 
yang digunakan terlalu gak banyak (samalah dengan porsi makan perempuan lainnya)
Sampai saya berfikir apa saya harus makan berat (nasi) 1 kali saja, sisanya 
cukup makan lauk aja.

Saya bukan mengkhawatirkan kenaikan berat badan yang berlebih, tapi lebih 
mengutamakan kenyamanan selama hamil.
