anak saya mikael (21 bulan) 2 bulan yg lalu pipi kanannya di cakar teman

Sebetulnya kejadian ini sudah berulang kali, tp selalu sukses kembali seperti

tapi kali ini berbeda.
Sebelum lukanya mengering betul, ada satu anak yang tiba2 menggigit pipinya
tepat di area luka itu. Jadilah luka itu basah lagi dan bertambah dalam. Setelah
2 minggu, baru kering. Setelah luka kering ternyata bekasnya tidak hilang.Justru
meninggalkan noda hitam membentuk huruf T tertidur, agak lebar juga.
aku kasih zaitun (tp tdk rutin) hasilnya nihil.
Adakah bunda/dad yg memiliki pengalaman seperti di atas?
apakah noda hitam itu akan hilang?
bagaimana solusi terbaiknya?
