Untuk Low impact boleh sepanjang tubuhnya mampu, klo memang tidak mendingan
renang aja ato OR penapasan.
Dulu aku masih main tennis sampai hamil 4bulan, it's ok juga sepanjang tahu
kemampuan diri
diatas itu aku berenang sampai beberapa hari sebelum melahirkan.

mo tanya diluar balita nih...maaf yach sebelumnya. Klo ibu hamil muda
boleh nggak sih tetep melakukan aktivitas senam Body Language dan
Aerobic?
Apakah lebih baik stop dulu dan melakukan olah raga lain yang lebih
ringan seperti jalan cepat dan berenang?
