Sekedar share... Anak saya, Akbar (23 bulan) sejak lahir udah ditengkurepin sama perawatnya (Akbar 13 hari di inkubator). Sampai di rumah juga saya tengkurepin, soalnya Akbar jadi lebih nyenyak tidurnya. Waktu masih belum bisa balik sendiri, saya suka ganti posisi tidur dia setiap +/- 1 jam, tengkurep, miring kiri, miring kanan, terlentang..
Kata dokternya, kalo habis minum susu, posisi yang terbaik adalah tengkurep tapi bagian atas ditinggiin dikit (2-5 cm), pake kain bedong yang dilipat. O ya, kalo tengkurep bayi gak boleh pake bantal.
