saya pernah dengar ulasan di radio mengenai hal ini, intinya begini pak,
angka tekanan darah yang dibawah cenderung lebih sulit untuk dinaikkan dari
pada angka yang tekanan yang diatas, saran saya lebeh baek bapak
konsultasikan dengan dokter bapak....

Tekanan darah itu kan ada atas & bawah. Nah, tekanan darah saya yg bawah
itu
rendah, jadi sering bgt pusing.
Hari ini sampe gk berani jalan takut nabrak.
Ada yg tahu bedanya tekanana atas dan bawah. Dan cara menanggulanginya ?
