Setelah habis melahirkan cesar, saya pernah coba cara spt yg mba bilang (disuruh ibu saya), tapi nga lama cuma sebentar banget. Perut saya belum mengecil ... Kalo anak kita udah berumur 16 bulan, apakah masih bisa pake cara tsb ???
