Klo u/ kulit lumpia aku punya resepnya ... tp ini u/ kulit lumpia basah ...
pernah aku goreng hasilnya ga tll bagus ... enak sih enak cuman ga bisa
keras.

Kulit lumpia :
4 btr telor
200 gr terigu
50 gr tepung beras (biasanya aku campur 25 gr tepung beras, 25 gr tepung
maizena)
2 sdm mentega cair
625 cc air (kalo ga suka tll tebal ya ditambah air lagi sambil dikira2)
1/2 sdt garam

Untuk kulit pangsit biasanya aku beli di tempat langganan aku .. dia jual
mie basah, kulit pangsit dll yg aku tahu pasti pembuatannya, biasanya aku
simpan di freser tp sebelumnya dibungkus dulu sama tissue yg agak tebal
trus dimasukkan dalam kantong plastik, klo mau pakai tinggal dikeluarkan
dan tunggu sampai agak lemas.
