Mba' Hanifa, Ternyata bukan Gabby aja yg maniak pangsit .. tp dia lebih suka pangsit goreng Devi, mama Gabby Pangsit daging sapi Bahan : 250 gr daging sapi, digiling halus 1/4 ptg wortel, iris dadu kecil2 1 btr telur 2 sdm maizena 3 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan dg sedikit garam daun bawang merah secukupmya kalo suka minyak ikan, merica, garam, secukupnya kulit pangsit secukupnya Cara : Aduk daging giling, masukkan bawang putih, wortel, minyak ikan, merica, daun babawang merah aduk rata tambahkan telur dan maizena aduk sampai rata. Ambil 1 kulit pangsit, taruh 1 sendok adonan lipat dan rekatkan dg air lalu goreng sampai matang NB : untuk bahan dasarnya biasanya aku pakai daging giling, udang giling, dan ayam giling. Kalo ga punya gilingan bisa dicacah.
