Pada saat mau tulis email ato reply pastikan massage option pada voting and
tracking option Request a read receipt for this massage tidak dalam keadaan
(v) ini aku pake MS Outlook loh (cmiiw)
Biasa kalo ditempat aku sih untuk memastikan kalo yang aku kirim udah di
baca ato tidak dan bikin akunya BT udah repot bikin Report ternyata gak di
baca dan besoknya kadang gak aku kirimi lagi (mungkin beliaunya kurang
berkenaan dengan Report yang aku kirim)kali ye...

Disclosure: Saya tidak pernah menggunakan Lotus Notes.
Menurut beberapa temen, di Lotus Notes tidak ada menu/option
untuk memblok read-receipt request. Baca e-mail via preview
harus atas kesadaran user jadi kalau lupa, ya kekirim juga
read-receiptnya :)
Buat Moms & Dads yang memakai Lotus Notes, mungkin bisa
mencoba tips berikut yang saya dapat dari teman. Kalau
bingung implementasinya, Moms & Dads mungkin bisa tanya ke
staf IT setempat. Levelnya sih katanya buat beginner :)

Return receipts can reassure people that you received their
email message. But have you ever wanted to block a return
receipt? If so, you're in luck. You can have the option of
blocking a return receipt before it is sent by doing the
following:
1. In Domino Designer, open the ($Inbox) folder of your
mail database.
2. Select the QueryOpenDocument event in the Objects window.
3. Select Formula in the Programmer's pane, and then copy
and paste the following code into the pane:
@If(@IsAvailable(ReturnReceipt);
@If(ReturnReceipt = "1";
@If(@Prompt([YESNO];"Return Receipt";
"Delete Return Receipt?");
@SetField("ReturnReceipt";"0"); ""); ""); "")
Once you save the folder, you're all set. The next time you
open a message with a return receipt requested, you will be
prompted whether or not to delete the return receipt.
