Lebaran di Kerajaan Kutai biasa2 aja..... nggak begitu rame.... Walaupun disini daerah Kutai, tapi orang kutai dan orang Dayak nggak begitu banyak...yg banyak orang jawa, sumatra dan Sulawesi... jadi kalo lebaran gini banyak yg mudik.
Sudah 4 kali lebaran aku di sini, ada satu menu kas yg selalu ada (dibuat oleh orang2 di Kutai) baik pendatang maupun org Asli yaitu BURAS. Seperti ketupat sich tp masaknya seharian..... aku sendiri nggak pernah bikin... keliatan ribet banget getu... he...he..he... Nggak pernah berniat belajar masakan kas disini... malah selalu menyajikan masakan kas jawa, spt Gudheg dll.... Btw, masih ada kue sisa lebaran nggak??
