The majority of youth in Serbia believes that their status won't change in
the next two years. Approximately two thirds of the polled would leave
Serbia for good, were they given a chance, while one third doesn't think
they would be able to find a job corresponding to their education. These are
the results from the survey conducted by the Youth Coalition.

The Youth Coalition is a network of NGOs, including Jazas, Civic
Initiatives, Students' Union of Serbia, the Young Scouts>, the Youth
Association of Vojvodina, and the Youth Researchers of Serbia. The
organizations started an action "What is the Plan, Pals?", with the goal to
animate the youth in Serbia.

The activists of the Coalition used the VIBE Festival in Belgrade to
interview 1,400 persons between the ages of 15 and 25, one third of whom
were not from Belgrade. According to the results of the survey, the
dissatisfaction of the youth that live outside the capital of Serbia is
greater, and they are more prepared to leave the country forever.
