It's kind of my fault - Peter was at first a bit uncertain about  
merging b-a-v to the main branch so I did not want to have it in the  
release either. I just did not realize it would take me a month or more  
to wrap it up. If I knew it would take me such a long time, b-a-v would  
probably be there in 2.3.21....
