Hi, I'd like to localise Balsa for french (as it doesn't seem to be
already).
For that the code has to be internationalised if it isn't yet.
(preferably for poedit). I could help with that as well.
If I'm missing something, please let me know.
I just installed Balsa, and it loaded only in english, with no apparent
means to change the language.
