Hi all,

a recent discussion with Jeff revealed that GMime 2.6 /does/ include a GIO 
stream module.  It's just not documented...

So we can remove the redundant implementation in Balsa - see the attached 
trivial patch.  Additionally, the files libbalsa/gmime-stream-gio.c and 
libbalsa/gmime-stream-gio.h should be removed from the repo.
