Yes, the "Received:" header seems to be the logical place to look. Unfortunately, there
are often several, and Balsa checks only one (the first, in some ordering of the headers). So
"User header" filtering is dependable only for headers that are allowed to appear at most
once.
Checking all of them would make more sense...
