The alternative conclusion is that you are lacking in civility, and perhaps the rest of your correspondence might justify such an assumption.   Clearly the Grand Duke Max Dragoons have a far better administrative system that you deemed possible, but that is besides the point. As soon as he returns from battle, I will ask the honourable Captain Jean de Lacey (JdL) to correspond with you, to determine how we might resolve your disgust.
