If I have understood the sketchy reports from other parts of the
campaign, General N9 has been promoted to Field Marshal and will now be
working in headquarters. Given that the King and military bureaucracy have
seen fit to grant me a promotion, I would request your permission to take
charge of the Third Army.

Joel Halpern asks the GM what influence is required for use with N9
since I did not think there could be two FMs, and he his serving as
and Army Commander (requires a General). I can not actually tell if
this was a promotion, in which case N9 should not still be Army commander
or if something else is going on.]
