In the interim I propose setting up in your outer office to perform appropriate services as the Summer Campaign is nearly upon us and you have many logistical and other orders to issue. I will do this in anticipation of resolution of the many dilemmas and obstacles facing the military in the current uncertainty. Although the Minister of War is said to have placed several members of the King's Musketers under arrest, I have not been notified that I am one so accused.
