Salaamun Alaykum Zafar,

He's right. They remind me a lot of Zionist Jews - who are not believe
in God. I have one that refuses to stop emailing me and trying to
convince me that all Muslims are terrorists, and Israel is a very
wonderful place who "didn't mean to kill civilians with the phosphorus
bombs (wth??) and tells me that he's not religious at all. He's
ex-IDF. Go figure. He says that there needs to be more of a separation
of church and state in Israel. Another wth moment.

The guy sends some real gems, no kidding! I should share some of them
here. I've been sharing a few with a brother but I think he's getting
tired of me! lol

I probably shouldn't be talking to him at all - but I am extremely
careful about not giving him fuel he can use against Islam, or talking
points or anything, not even feedback.

Anyway Zafar is right. Lots of people from "Muslim" countries who are
not Muslim. I learned that early on, as a revert. I made a fool of
myself once because of it too. I phoned the ONLY person in town that I
thought might be Muslim. He's from Saudi Arabia. Surely he would be
Muslim. I talked to his son who was actually offended. He told me that
his father never has practiced Islam - and how could I ask such a thing
in this political climate?

Sigh.

It's like any other religion. Some Christians go to church but have no
clue what they are supposed to ... believe even. go figure.

PS: Zafar are you interested in Anwar al-Awlaki?
