Undoubtedly, the American invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq plunged the God-fearing people of these two Muslim countries into a current of sufferings, hardships, problems and bloodshed. They tortured, injured and killed hundreds of thousands of defenseless and miserable people but at the same time they themselves could not escape unscathed. Thousands of Americans were killed, their economy faced melt-down and recession; their cutting edge technology lost its shock and awe and the most important achievement is that their slogan of democracy, human rights and civil liberties proved to be only fatuous slogans. The public of the world came to know that Americans are not true to their slogans and there is wide contradiction between what they say and what they do. The Americans' conduct with prisoners during the past eight years, and their torturing them which is a shame on the face of humanity, the severity and scale of which could not be even expressed in words and the violation of religious rights of the prisoners are some of the despicable and most abominable stories, which have become part of the American history and will remain as a scar on their forehead. It is surprising that the Americans do not feel any shame and uneasiness for what they did in Abu Gharib jail. The substantiated documentary crimes, scenes and pictures of Abu Gharib prisoners where hundreds of prisoners were piled up naked on each other and dogs were left to bite them, speak for themselves. Even they pulled prisoners being stained with blood in corridors. Today when the Mujahideen have captured their only soldier and released his interview in accordance with all principles of journalism, the Americans consider this as an act of violation of human rights and disrespect to the prisoner! The Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan being armed with all noble Afghan traditions and Islamic norms and principles will not have a conduct with the prisoner like the Americans had with prisoners or they are having but this prisoner will enjoy all the rights that the great and sacred religion of Islam bestows on prisoners. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan calls on all international organizations, human rights entities and the wake people of the world to perform their responsibility regarding the rights of prisoners and prevent Americans from committing gross violations of the legitimate rights of prisoners; they should ponder with prudence and cold mind the veracity that who violates the rights of prisoners, America or the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
