No, with the Anaconda supplied with Red Hat 8.0, the installer detects
the graphics card, and starts stage2 with the XServer for that
particular card - so that won't be a problem.....anti-aliased  Bangla
installer...droool.... 
i also checked with a i810 box today, working just fine :)
also works nicely on one of the most troublesome pieces of graphics card
i have ever seen - the SiS 6215c - using the vesa driver

not any which i could think of  (except xfs, and random)
and we shud also have a firewall - a bangla language firewall
configurator shud not very difficult :P

no - you don't have to hack X86Config - just issue the command 
setxkbmap -symbols "us(pc105)+ben+group(ctrl_shift_toggle)"
from an xterm
and then press ctrl-shift, and it shud work
