We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work as part of a small
team of professionals. The selected person will be responsible for a large
variety of duties, including contacts with local authorities, embassies, and
international organisations, with an increasing degree of responsibility and
will be under the supervision of the Head of Office. An interest in public
relations and the media would be useful.
The applicants should:
· Have a secretarial diploma with good study results
· Have at least 1 year professional experience, preferable in an
international environment
· Be able and comfortable to work in English and Indonesian, including
drafting letters and notes and occasional translation or interpretation.
Knowledge of Acehnese would be an advantage.
· Be computer literate (Windows, Word, Excel)
· Be able to organize and set priorities
· Be highly motivated, dynamic and eager to learn
· Be able to liaise with other organisations
· Be willing to do some routine filing and basic accounting
· Sense of initiative
· Able to work independently
Starting salary from IDR 5,400,000
