I am not sure of any institutes, however I also doubt if there are any. But, there are a lot of online resources: http://code.google.com/edu/languages/google-python-class/index.html http://www.learnpythonthehardway.org/ http://www.learnpython.org/ http://www.spoken-tutorials.org http://inventwithpython.com/ Google ! Also, some very good books for beginners are: Head First Python and Head First Programming. You can then read Learning Python and Programming Python, which offer in-depth coverage of the language. And the Python Essential Reference by David Beazley is always a good book to have. Happy learning ! -- Dhruv Baldawa (http://www.dhruvb.com) _______________________________________________ BangPypers mailing list BangPypers@python.org http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/bangpypers
