Many thanks for the attentive review. I have pushed the last fixes
Normally get_from_label_and_partner_name should not bypass security rules as
the memoizer partner set is limited by the first search statement:
partner_ids = partner_obj.search(cr,
uid,
[('bank_statement_label', '!=', False)])
