Thanks for your changes! As for optional bics, you wrote you preferred B but I when I read carefully you mean option A. However, res.partner.bank is not linked to a company, unless it is a bank account of the company itself. Therefore, I do think option B is the only feasible possibility for the constraint, because only then the company and therefore its country is known.
