Bug description:
How to reproduce:
1. Make or import a bank statement line.
2. Confirm the line on account 4000
3. Confirm whole bank statement
4. Cancel the bank statement
5. Edit the line and change account to 2000 >> without canceling the line!
6. Confirm whole ban statement
7. The account move is still on account 4000 and nit 2000
If you cancel the line after step 4, then it does not go wrong, but I
often forget that

What is best solution to fix? Prevent editing if line is in confirmed
state? Or change move line, when editing the statement line?
