I've just sent her the following email - I'll let the mailing-list know
if I made any mistake (I'll also ask her if I can copy & paste her
answers here, as it would help everyone in the project to better
understand the process):

Hi Michele,

Thank you for the time you'll spend on this arbitration.

Based on Multiprogramming's initial answer and a chat we had, I'm not
convinced things would really improve if I were to give Multiprogramming
another chance. So I'd like to review the options I have to stop working
with them.

I believe that the process is the following - let me know if I'm
mistaken:

1) We decide if Multiprogramming and I keep working or not

2) If we stop, we can chose to either ask for a full refund/payment, or
try to negotiate a price for the project in its current form for a
portion of its original price (self-arbitration?)

2) If we go for the full refund/payment or disagree on the price, you
judge if the arbitration is awarded to Multiprogramming or myself based
on your assessment of the project's state.

Am I making any wrong assumptions? What would you recommend?

Thank you,

Xavier.
