Actually it requires a bit more than that - putting the proxy from the
background to a window would probably be fairly quick. But the real
change required to switch to a "desktop" feeling is to not reload the
whole interface every time the proxy needs to load a new page.

And that change would be a more consequent task. I can't really say from
my side if this is doable in one day - it could be either fairly simple
or take a whole week. Only you can estimate that task Vlad I think, you
know the code involved for this change better.
